NUG Community Presents:
2026 Virtual Summit
Wednesday, November 18th
1:00 - 5:00 PM Eastern
SuiteWorld is just around the corner, AI is moving into NetSuite faster than most teams can keep up with, and planning season is already here. Join NetSuite experts and fellow users at the NUG Virtual Summit on November 18 for an afternoon of practical sessions for NetSuite users who want to understand what’s changing and what it means for their own accounts. Hear from Hussain Zaidi, Chief Solution Architect at BSP; Lauren Polasek of the Texas NUG Board; Joe Harmer, Senior Solution Architect at BSP; Jerrad Robertson, Head of Technology at Clements Fluids; and Sirus Badiee of the Texas NUG Board. Sessions cover running AI in NetSuite, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, the latest SuiteScript update, and a recap of the biggest takeaways from SuiteWorld.
Because the summit is fully virtual, you can join from your desk and tune in to the sessions most relevant to your role. Come with questions, since these speakers work in NetSuite every day and the sessions are built around what users actually need to know. Specific session times will be posted once the schedule is final. Register now to save your spot.

Running NetSuite with AI: What Actually Worked, What Broke, and What You Can Steal
Head of Technology @ Clements Fluids
For the past six months, Jerrad’s team has run AI directly against NetSuite at a $100M oilfield services company with a lean IT shop. The AI handled real finance work: month-end accruals, intercompany reconciliation, and executive dashboards leadership actually uses. Through stories and screenshots, Jerrad shares how they split the work between tools, the failure that forced them to build a QA gate, and a short list of things you can try this week.

She brings 5+ years as a NetSuite functional consultant and administrator, plus earlier work as an Oracle NetSuite Education Consultant and an end user - which is where her habit of teaching the thing, not just configuring it, comes from. Her pre-NetSuite background is in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and operations. She founded The Suite School, a vendor-neutral NetSuite × AI community, where she hosts weekly live sessions for admins, users, and consultants who don't have a consultant of their own to call. Lauren is also an Oracle ACE, a two-time SuiteWorld speaker, and an Oracle NetSuite Certified Administrator. She is a founding member of the All Texas NetSuite User Group, which she helped expand from a single Austin chapter into Dallas and Houston.

Hunt, where his teams built critical pieces of the J.B. Hunt 360 platform, and he has led five ERP implementations, three of them on NetSuite. Today, he runs NetSuite and AI for a $100M oilfield services company and works with other NetSuite organizations as a fractional CIO/CTO. Jerrad’s talks are real-world stories from production, not product demos, giving audiences practical lessons they can apply in their own NetSuite environments.

Working in the NetSuite ecosystem since 2017, Joe has led and supported teams through multiple enterprise ERP projects, and he brings a practical understanding of how technology, operations, and supply chain processes connect. An APICS-trained supply chain professional, he works closely with BSP clients to turn complex requirements into scalable solutions that improve efficiency as they grow. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from UC Irvine.

With more than a decade of hands-on experience designing and delivering planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions, Raymond helps finance teams transform complex financial processes into connected, efficient systems. He leads end-to-end NSPB implementations, from solution design and data integration through deployment and post-go-live support. Raymond brings deep expertise in financial planning and enterprise performance management, helping organizations move beyond spreadsheets, improve visibility and collaboration across teams, and build scalable, audit-ready planning processes that support more informed and confident decision-making.
Sirus Badiee
Founder @ SuiteSirus
Sirus Badiee is a distinguished NetSuite expert with a robust career spanning consulting, in-house administration, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management and has transitioned from an implementation consultant to an in-house administrator/architect and developer, ultimately founding SuiteSirus.
